Hi, once turned on the board, a constant beeping sound came from the board.
The board won’t connect to controller.

This is a software issue, and can be solved by using a specific version of Flyerupgradetool to update mast firmware.
Here is the solution for you:
1. Pls delete the flyerupgradetool app you have now, and install this specific one on your Android phone:

2. Pls try this unusual way, it can force the board enter the pairing mode, so as to connect to the app and finish the firmware updating on it.

a. First, turn off the board.
b. Place one magnet on the Bluetooth button of the battery.
c. Use another magnet to turn on the battery. Once the battery is turned on, immediately remove the magnet from the Bluetooth button. You will hear the updating beeping sound.
3. After doing step 1&2, you should be able to complete the mast firmware updating on the app, you can do this as you always did. Pls kindly let me know if it works.

It did happend when foiling on the water.
